TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. Payment will be strictly upon completion of the work carried out, unless prior arrangement is made

2. Payment to be made by Cash, Bank Deposit, or Credit / Debit Card

​

3 Prior to any work a full visual inspection will be carried out internally & externally. Any damage / scratches / dents etc will be noted & photographed as necessary to protect both the owner & the engineer.

​

4. Where during a service a fault is found, which is beyond the normal recommended serviceable limit, the customer will be notified & a quote will be provided to replace the affected items. The owners permission will be obtained prior to such work being carried out. Any excess charge for labour & parts will be made.

​

5. Incase of our engineer being unable to gain access to the vehicle / premises due to no show of the customer, a call out fee will be billed and invoiced for to the customer.

​

6. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that:



     a) Access is available at the time & date which has been booked for the agreed work.

     b) There is sufficient exterior clearance to enable the removal of bumpers / wheels etc.

     c) The interior & boot is clear of all luggage / child seats etc.

​

7. All parts supplied will be new (or second hand if the customer requires & if available) and are chargeable in addition to labour.

​

8. No warranty will be offered nor implied on secondhand parts supplied.

​

9 All parts remain the property of 'Theale Towbars & Trailers' until full payment is made.

​

10. Special order parts are NOT refundable and will be charged at cost & include carriage cost as appropriate.

​

11. All towbars & electric kits require a deposit before ordering.

​

12 We do not store credit / debit card details nor shall we share customer details with any 3rd party.

​

13. Deliveries are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Special order items may take longer but the customer will be notifed of expected delivery time at the point of ordering. Parcels will be dispatched using a suitable parcel / courier company, all tracking information will be forwarded to the customer. Some  items may require a signature.

​

14. We aim to deal with all refunds / cancelation issues within 5 working days.
